THE NATIONAL LIBERATION MOVEMENT (NBB) CONSISTS OF THE GERMAN PEOPLE ITSELF. IT IS NOT A PARTY, NOT AN ASSOCIATION, AND NOT A STATE AGENCY – BUT THE PEACEFUL, LAWFUL AND SELF-CONSCIOUS EXPRESSION OF POPULAR SOVEREIGNTY.

Reactivating the sovereign German state within its historical borders (as of 1937)

Recognition of the continuing existence of the German Reich under international law

Convening a constituent national assembly by the people

A FREELY ADOPTED PEOPLE’S CONSTITUTION

Overcoming the provisional status of the “Basic Law”

Enabling the German people to decide on their constitution through free choice

Returning to the constitutional foundation of 1871 – with the possibility of democratic reform
